Great location near a variety of restaurants and pubs in the heart of the city. Easy access to all the popular tourist spots. the free Wi-Fi was reliable and the shower was fantastic.

Upon arrival, there were some maintenance and cleanliness issues. the rugs were slippery and the glass tops on the furniture were not secured, posing a risk.

It was convenient base for travelling to Edinburgh, I was glad to stay there...

Excellent base for exploring Edinburgh. Room with heating. A soap and towels available. Marvellous and absolutely perfect setting short walk to all good restaurants, and attractions to visit while there.
